PSH Race Control & Penalty Box
Fair, private, human-accountable safety for the PowerSportsHub community.
Why it exists
Buying, selling and talking about machines should feel safe. Race Control protects members from scams, abuse and privacy harm while keeping honest disagreement welcome.
A report starts a review — not a penalty
Reporting someone never punishes them automatically. Each report is reviewed against written policy. A no-show or disagreement alone is not misconduct.
The five flags
Green — Clear
No violation, or a review that cleared you. Disagreement and honest criticism are allowed.
Yellow — Caution
A correctable mistake. You get guidance to fix it; nothing counts against you.
Black-and-White — Formal Warning
Minor verified misconduct. A recorded warning with no loss of features.
Black — Penalty Box
Moderate verified conduct. A specific feature is paused for a limited time, then restored.
Red — Suspended / Safety Hold
Serious safety, fraud or privacy risk. A temporary hold while authorized people review it.
There is no rigid three-strike rule. How serious an incident is sets the minimum response, and older findings carry less weight over time.
AI Stewards and human authority
PSH AI Stewards help sort routine cases under versioned policy. Permanent removal, threats, suspected crime, serious appeals and anything uncertain always go to authorized people.
Evidence, privacy and fairness
Reporter identities, evidence and staff notes stay private. Your status is visible only to you and authorized staff — never on your public profile. Knowingly false reports are misconduct.
Temporary restrictions and restoration
Restrictions target only the affected feature — such as new listings, messages or offers — for a set time, then restore automatically. Full account holds are reserved for serious risk.
Appeals
You can appeal a decision from your private Penalty Box. Successful appeals return you to Green.
How to report
Sign in, then use Report on a listing or the controls inside Messages. Reports are private and you’ll see only Received, Under Review or Resolved.
