Terms of use
The plain-language terms for using PowerSportsHub: what we provide, what AI results are and are not, and how specialist quotes are approved.
What PowerSportsHub is
PowerSportsHub is a place to research machines, follow your Worlds, keep a Garage of your own machines and projects, and request work from specialists. Browsing, searching and reading are free and always will be.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
AI results are research, not advice
Workers gather and organise information from real sources and show you where each fact came from. They can be wrong, sources can be out of date, and a diagnosis is never a substitute for a qualified technician. Safety-critical work — brakes, steering, fuel, structure and electrical — should be inspected professionally. Always check fitment, price and availability with the seller before you buy.
AI Power
New verified accounts receive a one-time workspace trial of 100 AI Power for up to 30 days, whichever ends first; it does not refill. AI Power measures work and is not money. The AI Power a task may need is set aside before it starts, and you are charged only for work actually done, never beyond what was set aside. When the trial ends, AI work and new AI Jobs stop; the Marketplace stays free and nothing in your Garage is deleted or changed.
Specialist quotes and orders
Wheels, tires, apparel and graphics requests are handled by people, not automatically. A specialist prepares a real quote. Nothing is ordered, printed or charged until you approve that quote yourself.
Payments
Payments are not connected yet, so nothing on this site can charge you today. When they are, prices, cancellation and refund terms will be published here before anything is billed.
Listings and content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to post it. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or not what it claims to be.
Availability
This is an evolving product. Features may change, and parts of the site can be unavailable while we improve them. We will not pretend something is working when it is not.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and date the change.
